As a result, many are calling for a new approach to achieving equal justice for all.
One proposed solution that has gained traction is the concept of «equal justice,» a legal principle that holds that every individual should be treated fairly and impartially under the law. This means that regardless of race, gender, religion, or socioeconomic status, all individuals should have access to the same legal protections and opportunities. Equal justice also seeks to address systemic issues that perpetuate inequality, such as bias in the criminal justice system, disparities in access to education and healthcare, and unfair economic policies.
