The world needs innovative strategies to resolve conflicts, and that is exactly what is happening today. From Sierra Leone to Colombia, from Afghanistan to the Philippines, innovative conflict resolution strategies are making a real difference.

The Afghan government has been holding peace talks with the Taliban, and while progress has been slow, there have been some positive developments. The government has also been working to involve civil society groups in the talks and to promote community-based conflict resolution initiatives.
Overall, the innovative strategies being used to resolve conflicts around the world offer hope and a new way forward. By focusing on community engagement, dialogue, and reconciliation, these strategies are breaking the cycle of violence and promoting lasting peace.
